Associate Solicitor

Stuart studied Law at The University of Leeds before completing his legal practice course at The College of Law. He then completed his training contract in a west end firm, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009.

Following qualification, Stuart spent two years specialising in commercial property, before joining LMK Law in November 2011.

Stuart specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals and all aspects of landlord and tenant practice. He is also experienced in residential property transactions. Stuart acts for a wide range of clients, including individual and commercial landlords and tenants, developers, retailers and companies formed by groups of tenants who wish to purchase their freehold.

In his spare time, Stuart enjoys circuit-training and swimming and is a keen traveller, having visited Australia, New Zealand, Alaska and South East Asia in recent times.
