Having completed her secondary education at North London Collegiate School and her law degree at University College London, Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 1984.

Specialising in the area of family law, she has developed a broad based family practice, covering all areas under the family law umbrella - whether working with married or unmarried families or same sex couples - from divorce and financial issues, to domestic violence and children disputes.

In addition to conducting a traditional family practice, Elizabeth is a committed and experienced dispute resolution practitioner. Having trained with Resolution, she practices both as a Mediator and a Collaborative lawyer. She is a founder member of the Family Mediation Network (more details of which can be found at www.familymediationnetwork.com) and is qualified to conduct MIAMs (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings). She is also an active member of both the North London and the North West London Collaborative Family Law Groups.

Elizabeth is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). She is an examiner for the Resolution Accreditation Scheme and sits on the Resolution Domestic Abuse Committee.

Beyond her life with LMK Law, Elizabeth has an strong interest in theatre, and has been involved with an established amateur theatre company, the Tower Theatre, for many years, creatively as a director of plays, and also in technical and administrative capacities. She also enjoys cinema, travel, walking, and literature.
